Great Time to buy in the Southwest Orlando Market

 

 

I am asked everyday, when will we hit the bottom? The bottom has arrived and we are headed North in my opinion. I have always been told when you can buy a house cheaper than you can build one is when the bottom has come and gone! The foreclosures and short sales will loom for sometime, but they will not affect the overall market. Believe me, in two years people will have wished they had taken advantage of this unbelieveable opportunity.  The biggest reason to buy is the historical low interest rates. Rates will never be lower than they are today, Never!
